Physicians Portal
Element Medical Imaging is pleased to offer a provider portal site where you can access both patient reports and images.
- The Portal allows you to submit orders for patients.
- It provides a link to our IntelePACS viewer, allowing you to view your patients’ images.
- You can view your patients’ scheduled appointments and upload documents.
- The portal requires a Windows-based computer and access to the internet. It supports both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
- Please make sure Java is allowed to run in order to view images. The Provider Portal User Guide includes detailed instructions for site navigation.
If you have not received your username and password, or would like a new account setup please follow these steps:
- Read, complete and sign PACS Agreement Form.
- Return completed form by fax to 913-469-5695 or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- Once approved, you will receive an email containing your access credentials.
